May 12, 2025Came here to buy my wedding dress about a couple of months ago, luckily I found the one on my first day looking. They seemed very accommodating to the fact that I am pregnant and said they would take care of the rush fees for me since I needed the dress quicker than other situations. I came back a couple weeks later for measurements in the alterations area, explained to the lady (Kim) that I did not want any alterations made to the torso area as I am pregnant and will most likely be a bit bigger by the time I came back to pick up my dress. She understood, said there would be nothing done to take in the sides. we went over a few other things that I wanted done to the dress, she finished taking my measurements, I paid for my alterations and I was set to go. Came back to pick up my dress a few weeks later but when I went to try it on, I noticed that it would not close…. they took in the sides when I specifically asked her not to do and not only that they didn’t do the other things we had talked about doing. I explained everything to the other lady that was there that day and she ASSURED me that the dress would be ready the following monday which was already an inconvenience for me as I had planned to take my dress home the day we had set to take it home since my wedding is a week away at this point. well monday came around.. went in to try it on and still there was some things that were not done and still too tight on the sides. This time Kim was there and said she could finish the alterations that same day as I did not have time to come back any other day. At this point i’m frustrated and not pleased with my experience at all. I spoke with the manager and she said she would refund me (waiting on the refund as of now) the amount they charged me for taking in the sides which should have never even been charged to begin with because I made it clear that we were not to touch the torso of the dress. Over all not the best experience, just glad I spoke up about it or I would’ve never even known they charged me for a service I did not want or need.

May 12, 2025They mostly had dresses with a train for a church wedding. Limited size selections. And no dresses styled for a courthouse wedding(simple, tea length)
